The Albatross Leadership development programme
Our innovative 4 month programme puts you in contact with other members of a learning cohort to develop your Leadership practice at some of the top golf courses in the UK.
We use the latest research to ensure the best possible outcomes for you by focusing the key issues facing the modern leader.
Our signature programme is spread across 4 months with 4 days spent on the golf course. This is a Leadership programme first and a chance to play golf at some great courses second.
Here’s what you can expect from the programme:
Once you have signed up for the programme you will get started with one to one executive coaching sessions.
This enables your learning to be tailored to your personal needs and deliver your own personal ROI.
These coaching sessions can be delivered either face to face or virtually and you will be paired with one of our expert coaches.
Your golf swing and your personal awareness of it is intrinsic to the programme we deliver.
It ensures that your Leadership learning can be embedded in your golf game for repetition of our techniques and long lasting impact
We use highly qualified PGA professionals with decades of experience to perform this swing analysis and add value to your programme.
Our Leadership masterclasses are carefully prepared to meet the needs of the modern leader. Each of the 4 on-course days is themed around it’s own masterclass.
These Leadership lessons are contextualised in a way that you can apply the themes on the golf course with the support of others in the group.
Our masterclasses include; Strategic Leadership, Leading a high performing team, Self Awareness for Personal Impact and Creating a culture of feedback

We introduce group coaching sessions to give you a chance to explore the experiences and knowledge of other members in the group in order to support you with specific situations you are facing in your own practice.
In our experience these relationships extend beyond the length of a Leadership programme.
