The coaching and support on and off the course has been fantastic. If you are thinking of doing it just do it!
At work I now find myself looking at situations from more than one angle before making decisions. I will now think things through to come up with the right strategy rather than just off-the-cuff.
I slow the Boardroom down, get everyone on the same page, and help all parties realise the situation, without embarrassing or rushing people.
