My key leadership lesson was plotting my way around the course better, thinking about the next shot rather than just going for it. At work, I’ll do more planning, be prepared and warmed up by practising more.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed myself, got a lot out of the day, and I’d encourage others to come forward and talk to the guys to get more information.
